Their quote was the lowest I received and more than 50%% lower than the highest bid. The crew arrived less than a week later and finished the same day. The roof looks great and has a long warranty, thirty years if I recall correctly. The second floor is way cooler now, too; it used to be as hot as an attic up there and was basically unusable during the summer months.
